BEACH BUMS – “OVERCAST”
A SPILL EXCLUSIVE VIDEO PREMIERE
Following the release of their brand new LP, Overcast (out August 16 via Lolipop Records), LA-based punks Beach Bums are now sharing a brand new music video for the record’s eponymous single, “Overcast.” With a black-and-white overlay, the video transports viewers into a chaotic live performance of the track, amidst a frenzy of ravenous fans tearing up their surroundings. In conjunction with the track’s rowdy nature, the accompanying music video is a perfect fit, a great display of the infectious quality of the track and the high-octane powerhouse that is Beach Bums.

“The ‘Overcast’ music video was simple…moshing, crowd surfing, and capturing the BEACHxBUMS! Overcast ‘look’ in black and white. We wanted to capture a glimpse of what it’s like watching the band at a real show. We had posted an Instagram story inviting fans from around LA to come rage and they did exactly that. Although the song covers deeper topics, the video shows another side to the song… the raw, chaotic energy of both the band and its fans going crazy.”
