CANADIAN MUSIC WEEK ANNOUNCES NOMINEES FOR THE 20th INDIE AWARDS

GRIMES, DVBBS, JJ WILDE, AND SNOTTY NOSE REZ KIDS
LEAD IN NOMINATIONS

Canadian Music Week is pleased to announce the nominees for the 2021 INDIES – the 20th annual Independent Music Awards – presented by Jim Beam®. International pop star Grimes leads with four nominations, followed by production/DJ duo DVBBS, rock singer JJ Wilde, and hip-hop duo Snotty Nose Rez Kids with three nominations each. The 20^th Annual Jim Beam® INDIE Awards will be streamed Sunday May 30, featuring recordings shot live from Toronto’s El Mocambo.
