PORN return to the spotlight with their latest single “Close The Window” and an EP by the same name. “Close The Window” is an intense, melodic and heartfelt track. The music falls more into the rock and metal genres, with goth and dark being the good ways to describe the sound. Hard guitar riffs, strong bass and drums and electronic samples lay down the canvas for Philippe Deschemin’s vocals. The lyrics are very dark, with themes of pain and terror.
The Close The Window EP consists of the eponymous single and several remixes by long time collaborators. An Erotic End Of Times transformed the track into a slow and moody remix, as to where Aura Shred turned the mix into a dance floor hit.

And how the “terreur agonistique” (Agonistic terror, what one can feel when fear becomes pain and one starts to lose hope) can lead you to psychosis. Imagine a house assaulted by Mr Strangler and his bunch of freaks, or maybe like Alex and his droogies from Clockwork Orange. The video is filmed as if you’re looking through a window, like if you were inside a house surrounded by Mr Strangler and his crew.” ~Philippe Deschemin
