The digitally charged pop outfit, Lucy Dreams, returns to your favourite streaming platforms with a newly released single, “Z&1.” Fans of the group will be delighted to hear this news, as it’s been a highlight of their respective live sets over the last few years.
Artist Quote
“Our new single is out today. ‘Z&1’ began as a sculpture. Created with Austrian visual artist Esther Stocker, the track is our attempt to translate one of her works into sound — shapes and structures becoming an electronic composition. ‘Z&1’ is a sculpture dreaming about becoming sound. We wrote and recorded it back in 2023 and kept it unreleased for three years. But after it became one of the biggest moments of our live set, we just couldn’t hold it back any longer.
This one still feels unreal: we have been invited to Iceland Airwaves 2026 in Reykjavík, one of Europe’s most important showcase festivals, drawing music lovers, press, and industry from over 40 countries. We’ll be there on November 5, in Rosenberg, Reykjavík.” (link/info below)
