Anderson .Paak stopped by Toronto’s REBEL nightclub this past Tuesday for a steamy, high powered performance. He started his set behind a semitransparent curtain. Red lights projected him onto the screen before it lifted up and he dove into new material such as “Bubblin” & “Who R U?”.
His set consisted of funk, soul, jazz and hip hop, all at once. The singer-songwriter clearly exhibited a knack for multi-tasking, at some points the California native would rap and play the drums at the same time. His energy was electrifying and contagious, he had everyone in the sold out venue dancing.
