Formed in August of 2016, The Family Secrets is an alternative rock/blues band with powerful guitar-driven riffs inspired by Led Zeppelin and rough, emotional vocals inspired by The White Stripes. The brainchild of Steven Spears and Dominick Sotis, “Movement” is among the first songs written by the band. The lyrics, which explore romantic abandonment, matched with a catchy guitar riff and pounding drums, really recall sounds of the ‘60s and ‘70s.
