CRYSTAL FIGHTERS RELEASE VIDEO FOR “YELLOW SUN”

Crystal Fighters have shared the new video for their track, β“Yellow Sun”.The song is the latest to be taken from their critically acclaimed 2016 album Everything Is My Family.
Speaking about the video, Director Rob Brandon (George Ezra, Gold Panda, Sundara Karma) explains:
βThe song is really colorful and over the top, so I wanted the video to reflect that. I shot on a big digital camera and then did loads of fuckery in post-production. We went full Peter Jacksonβs Hobbit on itβ.
Since the release of the bandβs acclaimed second album βCave Raveβ in 2013, singer Sebastian βBastβ Pringle has spent time living in the Basque Country, The Canary Islands, and Central America as well as continuing his charity work in Peru with Cool Earth on the effects of deforestation, while txalaparta player Graham Dickson lived up a mountain in Maine, before traveling to Peru in a modern life β provoked search for otherness, Graham also travelled to Ethiopia with Oxfam to learn about their livelihood projects. This time spent away, reconnecting with the planet has given the band a new found perspective and heightened desire to make music.
The video for “Yellow Sun” follows a fantastic summer of shows for Crystal Fighters, such as their headline slot at the last ever Secret Garden Party Festival, which was dubbed by NME as βthe biggest party SGP had ever seenβ.
