Quel Bordel! Frontman Jakovich released another single with his gypsy jazz side project Jacquou Jazz. This single is an international collaboration which features Canadian master guitarist Tak Arikushi & accomplished bassist Orion Boucher. Jacquou Jazz was born out of the covid lockdowns so it’s only natural that Jakovich would take this project to the virtual international arena.
This single is a collaboration between Jakovich (Quel Bordel!, BandaBordel) and Canadian guitar player Tak ArikushiΒ (I Spy, Lion Dor Jazz). Playing bass is Orion Boucher (of MohaviSoul). Each musician recorded audio and video on their own which makes this not only a true virtual international collaboration, but also a fantastic rendition of a well known pop song. The single dropped 2/20/21 and the performance video is premiering exclusively on Spill Magazine 3/18!
