AYRIA – FEED HER TO THE WOLVES EP OUT NOW
Here comes “Feed Her To The Wolves”: AYRIA’s new 4-track EP and the first follow-up release since Jennifer Parkin’s successful “Plastic Makes Perfect” album (2013).
AYRIA, the ultimate icon of female club industrial, teams up once again with heavyweight producer Sebastian R. Komor. Their artistic chemistry to produce the kind of unique alternative electro-pop that sounds both big, gritty and beautiful all at once, shall definitely continue to capture new breeds of fans around the globe crossing genres!
This new EP features 2 original anthemic tracks that could each be a single, as well as a heavy club mix of “Underneath The Water” by music partner in crime, Sebastian R. Komor and finally mellowing out with a moody, glitchy alternative version of “Feed Her To The Wolves”… The first track “Underneath The Water” hits you immediately with a giant synth line, a strong EBM kick and a powerful clap snare that pierces through you. This track is the epitome of slick electro-pop with modern production and features Jennifer’s vocals taking you from pretty, to chant-like and into an epic chorus that memorably swells up to a something that will be stuck in your head for days! The Second and title track “Feed Her To The Wolves” has epic electro-pop appeal and is reminiscent of previous AYRIA tracks such as “Girl On The Floor” and “Disease”, even slicker flowing with melodic catchy choruses, and danceable beats.
This digital EP preludes the upcoming 2016 full length release “Paper Dolls” with songs that will continue to appeal to fans, as AYRIA’s established and unique genre of female industrial-alt-pop which has brought listeners along for over a decade. AYRIA being now a 12 year veteran, has proven her sonic style and exploration into the darker side of alt-pop, is here to stay! Jennifer Parkin once again invites you into her sonic world of distortion, bass, melody and melancholy. AYRIA strikes hard, confirming that she’s is back!
