ROYAL ARCH – “GLITTERING LIGHT”
INDEPENDENT
“Glittering Light” is the second single from Royal Arch’s highly anticipated debut album, Love & Terror, set to be released this spring.
With this post-punk, indie rock track, the band once again showcases its distinctive and fresh sound, shaped by the broad spectrum of alternative music.
“Glittering Light” is a multi-dimensional song that captures the perspective of a new generation—one that struggles while simultaneously seeking beauty and meaning in life. Truth may be lost amidst propaganda and societal hypocrisy, yet creativity remains a means to face life and pain. Music becomes a tool for survival and expression.
The track conveys the feeling of trying to hold on to something that is fading—whether it’s love, family, or life itself.
It is a socially and emotionally charged piece, accompanied by a music video, directed and filmed by the band members themselves.
“Glittering Light” is produced by Alex Bolpasis (Suono Studio) and mastered by Nick Townsend (Infrasonic Sound, LA, California).
In their musical journey so far, they have managed to open concerts or share the same festival lineup in Greece with artists such as Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, Florence and the Machine, Fontaines D.C., Nothing But Thieves, Editors, Jake Bugg, and many more.
The first single from the album, “Root of your Downfall,” was well-loved and repeatedly featured in the playlists of the leading British station Radio X.
