KENI TITUS RELEASES ANGELPINK (NO HALO) EP FEATURING NEW SINGLE “THE STREET”

Continuing a rapid rise as an artist to watch, LA-based alt-pop singer-songwriter Keni Titus released one of her most intimate EPs yet, entitled AngelPink (no halo), July 1 via BannerYeer/ADA.
After riding the wave of her critically acclaimed debut album AngelPink, Keni returns with reworked versions of fan favorites alongside the cinematic new single “the street.” Originally a demo that didn’t make the album, the track was later revisited and completed, while keeping its raw, delicate core intact, allowing the songwriting to take center stage.
AngelPink (no halo) is her AngelPink debut album without the duality. It’s a delicate compilation of fan favorites that lean into softness, grace, and beauty while leaving behind grit and strength. It’s evidence of Keni’s craft as a songwriter, putting the lyrics front and center and showing off the songs in the stripped way fans have fallen in love with them on socials.
Regarding her new single “the street,” Keni comments: “‘the street’ is a song I wrote about having expectations for someone you’re with and feeling let down when they don’t meet them. At the end of the day, you can’t make someone want something they don’t – or want you if they don’t. I thought the title ‘the street’ was kind of funny because of that saying, ‘he’s for the streets,’ so I had that trope in mind too lol.”
