King of goth-pop Chris Pohl releases new single + artistic music video with his iconic band Blutengel. “She Wears Black” is a sad, very ’80s inspired gothic track with a modern sound somewhat unusual for Blutengel.
Simultaneously, his brand new album Dämonen:Sturm is announced to be released early 2025 with pre-orders starting November 2024!
Chris Pohl about the song: “’She Wears Black’ is a very ’80s inspired track that’s quite unusual for Blutengel and reminds us of long nights at the club. It’s about a women that continuously falls for the wrong men, ends up alone and finds comfort in sad gothic music. ‘She Wears Black’ tackles the moment she feels safe and comfortable, yet still holds a darkness inside, coming to terms with her sad life.”
