SPILL ALBUM REVIEW: I’M WITH HER – SONGS FROM THE STAGE: KANSAS CITY (HI RES)

SONGS FROM THE STAGE: KANSAS CITY (HI RES)
ROUNDER

Sarah Jarosz, Aoife O’Donovan, and Sara Watkins made a name for themselves both as solo artists and as a trio that goes under the banner, I’m With Her. Their album Wild and Clear and Blue earned them three Grammy nominations, for an abundance of musical reasons: excellent songwriting, equally great musicianship, and vocals that can at any point turn into out of the ordinary harmonies.

As the trio will continue its extensive touring into 2026, I’m With Her has prepared a mini, 3-song, live EP, that is a showcase of what the audiences experienced on the previous 50 live shows and what they can expect at the upcoming ones.

And what they can expect is proof that the excellence of their album was no fluke or that you don’t need studio trickery to make your music shine. This EP might be brief, but it delivers a musical punch.
