Canadian musical geniuses Bodywash have done it yet again with another LP that seems to transcend reality with Comforter released via Luminelle Records.

From the jump one doesn’t even feel like they are listening to an LP, but rather a musical experience that transports us somewhere in between lucid dream state and late-night reality with its tranquil guitar patterns and space age atmospheric tones. With one listen to this album you are getting this and more from start to finish.

Rich, sweet, futuristic moments such as “Reverie” and “Twins” really hypnotize the senses and prepare us for the calm and relaxing cruise you will take through Comforter.

Though a different electronic sound than most may be used to in this genre, it is by far some of the most diverse soundscape experiences to debut in August. If you are looking for something that goes beyond the spectroscope of what typical synth music is supposed to sound like, it is definitely worth the listen.
