THE MARY WALLOPERS SHARE NEW SINGLE “THE JUICE”
UK SUMMER TOUR DATES
The Mary Wallopers have returned with “The Juice,” their first new single since 2024’s Home Boys Home EP.
The track is that perfect summer single, the kind that rolls in on a frantic, irresistible London Calling backbeat, ready to propel you to anywhere that The Mary Wallopers are headed. Written by Wallopers’ front-brothers Andrew and Charles, “The Juice” is a rattling, rallying call of necessary delinquent behavior that ascends to the heavens for the track’s final, chaotic instrumental smash up. Expect to hear “The Juice” shortly at festivals the world over, whatever time of day and whatever weather’s blasting the cobwebs away.
The Mary Wallopers say: “This is a song for all the exhausted people, fed up of all the greedy crooks, who still manage to squeeze a bit of juice out of life.”
“The Juice” was written by Andrew Hendy and Charles Hendy and performed by The Mary Wallopers. It was produced by regular studio David Noonan at Black Mountain Studio, Dundalk.
The Mary Wallopers will play a series of UK shows over the summer. Dates below.
Over the last few years, The Mary Wallopers profile has grown and grown. They have recorded killer sessions for Cerys Mathews (BBC6), Jo Whiley (R2) and Zoe Ball (R2); they’ve been a massive part of the BBC’s Glastonbury iPlayer and radio coverage (2023, 2024); played live on Later with Jools Holland; performed with the reformed Pogues; played packed out gigs all across the UK after selling over 40,000 tickets on their March 2025 tour (which included two sell out nights at the recently reopened Brixton Academy). This last month, the Wallopers played massive sold out headline shows in Dublin (Fairview Park to 8,000 people) and Cork and Galway.
