JOYER
ON THE OTHER END OF THE LINE… (CROSSED LINES REMIXES)
JULIA’S WAR RECORDS

Remix albums share quit a few similarities, as well as questions with tribute ones – does the remixed artist and those given tribute albums deserve it, being the main one. You can also debate and be on the lookout whether there is a sort of a unifying element there, as not to make the whole affair just a pile of disparate tracks, and quite a few other things.
Brothers Nick and Shane Sullivan made quite a splash on the indie rock scene with their previous two offerings – Night Songs (2024) and On the Other Side of the Line (2025), with quite a few critics listing the latter among the best of the last year.
In that respect, it is no wonder that the Sullivan brothers decided to go for an EP of remixes of the latter as On the Other Side of the Line (Crossed Line Remixes). And they played their cards right here, by picking exactly the right remixes that present quite a good balance between the essence of the originals and the fresh look at them that remixes should give.
