BUILDINGS AND FOOD – “FM a.m.”
A SPILL EXCLUSIVE VIDEO PREMIERE
Jen K. Wilson, a.k.a. Buildings and Food, has announced the video for “FM a.m.”, the second single from her forthcoming sophomore LP entitled, Up Down Strange Charm, to be released on September 25, 2020 via her own label, Number F Records.
Ahead of the album’s release, “FM a.m.”, available on July 24th, is a warmly produced electro-acoustic instrumental tune reminiscent of Boards of Canada. Laden with FM synth sounds and backwards guitars, the track is nostalgic and pensive with a laid-back sleepwalking beat, perfect for cloud-watching/daydreams/thinking. The video pairs super 8 footage with the track to complement its nostalgic quality.
