Ourorea, a music project from Depok, Indonesia, created by Fitrah Ramadhan, officially released its debut single “Searching” on May 22, 2026, through Demajors. The song marks the first step in Ourorea’s journey to create music that is dreamy, warm, and atmospheric.

“Searching” explores the experience of searching for something that can no longer be held onto. Wrapped in bright, playful melodies, the song tells a story of uncertain loss—the space between acceptance and the lingering desire to keep searching for something that has already disappeared.

“I am searching for what I can’t keep…” serves as the song’s recurring lyrical motif, reflecting the feeling of someone’s presence lingering long after they are gone. The repetition mirrors an emotional cycle that continues without ever reaching a true sense of closure.

This emotional uncertainty is paired with intricate guitar arrangements influenced by Math Rock and subtle touches of Jazz Fusion. Fitrah Ramadhan’s guitar playing focuses on interlocking melodies, colorful chord progressions, and rhythmically rich passages. Originally formed as a sibling duo project, “Searching” was independently produced by Fitrah Ramadhan as the artistic foundation of Ourorea, featuring vocals by Diffa Zahra. Looking ahead, Ourorea plans to evolve into a full-band format while remaining open to collaborations with solo vocalists to create new and distinctive works.
