NEW LONDON FIRE – “TIRED OF THIS MAN”
A Spill Exclusive Music Premiere
Versatile indie project New London Fire present their new single “Tired Of This Man” today. A folk-rock tune, with elements of indie rock and Americana influences, it tells a story of a broken relationship, heartache, and questioning how it could ever have gotten to its present situation. A bright and easy-listening song, the lyrics tell a much harder road, filled with loss and regrets.
Led by David Debiak (Sleep Station, Electric Century), New London Fire have increasingly explored the roots of classic folk, Americana and singer-songwriter styled tracks through their latest releases. “Tired Of This Man” comes as the first single and title track off their upcoming album Tired Of This Man, scheduled for release on October 26.
Artist Quote
“The song’s lyrics were crafted to tackle themes of uncertainty, frustration, and the loss of an important relationship. It was recorded in bits and pieces over the course of a year, with long-time producers and collaborators Ryan Ball (Bass, Guitar) and D. James Goodwin (Drums).” ~David Debiak
