‘Boxing Day’ is a sad, sparkling lament perfect for the post-Christmas lull, with a roaring fire and presents all around.
Written sevenΒ years ago to the day, the track brings to mind desolate towns and warm winters inside as the cold dwells on the threshold. The band had been squirrelled away for the past year developing their debut album and ‘Boxing Day’ was the first fruit from the tree.
