NXNE 2026 – LUCY ELLIS
@ THE CAMERON HOUSE, TORONTO
JUNE 12, 2026
Toronto multidisciplinary artist Lucy Ellis and her bandmates took to the stage at the Cameron House on a fine Friday evening to a packed crowd. They tuned their guitars for a little warm up and asked the crowd how they’re doing. The crowd responded to cheers and clapping.
Ellis began the setlist with original and unreleased music, including “Out,” which is about having a hard time finishing a song she is writing. One audience member vibed to the song and cheered her on as she sang.
She switches gears to an emotional song from her unreleased music in “Aberdeen.” The track is about losing a place that you call home. It vividly paints a picture of luscious mountains and hilltops backed by Ellis’ warm vocals evoking pain and sadness.
Ellis’ performance at the Cameron House brought a lot of vibes thanks to her range track after track and her bandmates backing her with drums and guitars. The crowd had a great time, and good vibes were displayed at the venue.
