‘Sins’ explores the trauma of immigration from Soviet Ukraine in the early 90s and the generational wounds on families and their children. This story is about embracing the past but also looking to the future and how the next generation of these immigrants, who have never known that way of life, need to make their own journey out from underneath the dark family shadow.
