Port Hawkesbury, Nova Scotia rock trio The Boojums are proud to announce their self-titled debut album, set for release on October 31, 2025 via Having Fun Records, a new imprint of Toronto’s We Are Busy Bodies. The first single, “Wings of Fire,” is out now, delivering a revved-up blend of garage grit, power-pop hooks, and ’70s arena-rock swagger.
Formed in late 2024 and known for uploading fuzzed-out live VHS tapes to Reddit, Instagram and YouTube, The Boojums have quickly built a reputation for their refreshingly raw and unfiltered sound—equal parts nostalgic and forward-looking. Recorded live off the floor, their debut album channels themes of small-town escape, personal reckoning, and full-throttle freedom.
With wailing vocals, snarling guitars, and a rhythm section that hits like a runaway rig, The Boojums are poised to become one of Atlantic Canada’s loudest new voices.
The Boojums debut LP is out October 31 on vinyl, CD, and digitally via Having Fun Records.
