CHURCH OF TREES JOIN MELØ & BLAIR PACKHAM FOR FREE SHOW AT TORONTO’S LEGENDARY HORSESHOE TAVERN ON APRIL 14
ALL THREE ACTS HAVE BRAND NEW MATERIAL
Hot on the release of their new Mystery Boys single and video, Canada’s Church of Trees announce their participation in a free live show at Toronto’s legendary Horseshoe Tavern on Monday, April 14.
“It’s an institution”, says CoT bandleader Bernard Frazer of the venerable Horseshoe, “and a real bucket list item”.
The free show features Church of Trees, Canadian popstar, MELØ, and veteran performer Blair Packham (The Jitters).
“MELØ and CoT are played on many of the same radio shows and playlists, so, it’s about bloody time that we did a show together!” chuckles Frazer. “And it’s all FREE!”
Church of Trees just released the debut single “Mystery Boys” from their forthcoming album Thief of Joy (June, 2025).
MELØ will drop his new album Architects of Revolution on May 2, along with a new single “I Don’t Speak French”.
And Blair Packham (The Jitters), has just released his much anticipated 4th solo album, The Impossible Dream.
About The Show
“The show is really a triple bill” says Frazer. “And I have to say it is an honour to be playing alongside both MELØ and Blair. I love MELØ’s work, and I’ve been a fan of Blair’s since the 80s, long before The Jitters became popular. He’s rather a hero of mine.”
