BARNSIDE HARVEST FESTIVAL ANNOUNCES 2026 LINEUP
Barnside Harvest Festival has announced its lineup for 2026, including headliners Smash Mouth, Tom Cochrane, Big Wreck, Marianas Trench, Kim Mitchell, and JJ Wilde. The festival returns to Paterson Park in Ladner from September 11 to 13 with three stages of multi-generational programming spanning rock, country, alternative, roots, and beyond. Now in its fourth year, Barnside Harvest Festival has welcomed nearly 80,000 attendees since its launch.
“We’re thrilled that Barnside Harvest Festival has been so well received for three consecutive years, so we’re raising the bar and presenting two headliners each night,” said Ken Malenstyn, General Manager of Barnside Brewing Co. “With thanks again to the City of Delta, City staff, plus the many sponsors and supporting organizations, we’re truly excited about the 2026 lineup and look forward to celebrating with the community.”
Friday, September 11
The festival opens on Friday with headliner Marianas Trench, one of Canada’s most decorated rock acts. The Vancouver band holds two triple-platinum certified records, multiple platinum digital singles, and a JUNO Award for Group of the Year. Their catalogue includes radio hits “Stutter,” “Fallout,” and “Who Do You Love.”
Sharing the Friday headline slot is JJ Wilde, whose debut album Ruthless has accumulated more than 36 million global streams since its release. Wilde has earned placements on major digital platforms and established herself as a prominent voice in rock music internationally. Additional Friday performers include Hotel Mira, Uncle Strut, Fake Shark, The Peacenik Collective, Bealby Point, Clare Twiddy, Quickness, and Mineru.
Saturday, September 12
Saturday’s headliners are Smash Mouth and Big Wreck. Smash Mouth, a Grammy-nominated and multi-platinum American rock band, rose to widespread recognition with number-one hits including “Walking on the Sun,” “Can’t Get Enough of You Baby,” “All Star,” and a cover of “I’m a Believer” featured in the Shrek franchise. The band has sold millions of records worldwide and accumulated billions of streams.
Big Wreck, fronted by singer, songwriter and guitarist Ian Thornley, broke through with their debut album In Loving Memory Of…, which produced the hit singles “That Song,” “Blown Wide Open” and “The Oaf.” The band returned to chart success with the number-one single “Albatross” and its accompanying platinum-selling album.
Saturday also features a strong slate of Canadian country, rock, and roots artists including The Washboard Union, Jake Vaadeland & the Sturgeon River Boys, Daniel Wesley, Imogen Clark (Australia), Jackson Hollow, The Heels, HB Wild, Daryl Burgess, Marlie Collins, Annika Catharina, April Reign, Blue Jay Valley, Hot Mars, Three Nines Fine, and Luc Ferdinands.
Sunday, September 13
Sunday’s headline bill features Tom Cochrane and Kim Mitchell. Over an illustrious career spanning over 50 years, Tom Cochrane, a Canadian Music Hall of Fame inductee, has released nine albums with Red Rider including hits “Lunatic Fringe,” “Victory Day,” and “Big League” and launched a celebrated solo career with the breakthrough album Mad Mad World which produced the anthemic “Life Is A Highway” and has sold more than seven million copies worldwide.
Kim Mitchell is a Canadian rock icon who has sold more than 1.5 million records in Canada, earned 17 JUNO Award nominations, and received three JUNO wins. Kim Mitchell was inducted into the Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame and is widely regarded as one of the country’s most respected guitar players. His classic rock catalogue includes “Go for Soda,” “Patio Lanterns,” and “I Am a Wild Party.”
Additional Sunday performers include The Grapes of Wrath, Limblifter, Kim Churchill, Imogen Clark, Leeroy Stagger, MIINA, All The Kings Men, Marlie Collins, Joan Bessie, Polar Hearts, Emmett Martin Hatlelid, Boomdaddy, and the Delta Police Pipe Band.
Sunday will also feature the BC Craft Beer Corner which will showcase up to 30 craft breweries from across the region and is presented by the BC Ale Trail and BC Craft Brewers Guild.

Festival Experience
The festival also includes the Vancity Artisan Market, Heritage Pavilion, food trucks, Tsawwassen Boundary Bay Lions Club Charity BBQ, and the Whitespot Family Zone presented by JR Country. Stages include the Barnside Brewing Main Stage, Dueck Cadillac Stage, and City of Delta Stage. The 2026 lineup was curated from over 900 performer applications across 28 countries, as well as direct artist invitations.
Produced by Barnside Brewing Co. with an award-winning events team, the festival features a site-wide license showcasing Delta’s craft beer, local wines, ciders, and farm-focused non-alcoholic options. Barnside Brewing Co. offers local craft beer that’s grown and brewed right on their Ladner farms.
