Reflection Black returns to deliver their trademark haunting soundscapes with the new single “Dreams Fade to Nothing.”
The track continues the band’s pursuit of a sound rooted in Post-Punk and Gothic Rock, this time taking a more direct and intense approach compared to the synth and machine beat-driven atmosphere of their 2023 full-length, Last Stop to Nowhere.
“Dreams Fade to Nothing” is rich with striking melodies, layered guitar textures, and infectious vocal hooks. The hypnotic atmosphere is grounded by the interplay of bass and drums, forming an organic and powerful foundation beneath the track’s shimmering surface.
The track’s sound channels the vibes of bands like Grave Pleasures and Beastmilk, entwined with the atmosphere of the likes of Unto Others and Tribulation, all under the veil of the band’s occult imagery.
