A note that an artist is a Grammy-winner should be sign of quality, but that sign might have lost its significance in recent years. L.A artist, singer-songwriter, and producer Rich Jacques is a Grammy winner (as a producer for Lisa Loeb) and in case of his most recent six-song EP Everything Must Change there’s ample proof that he certainly deserved that award.

Not only for the production of the tracks here which was impeccable, but for some excellent pop/rock song writing and quality of music, that probably even listeners who are not so much in favour of rich melody pop cannot resist.

Even they cannot deny that crafting almost perfect pop like “Montecito” or the title track is an absolute art and that you truly have to have not only the touch and imagination but also the capabilities to come up with such music.

And, frankly, on the evidence of the music on EP Everything Must Change, Rich Jacques has all those. Rich, indeed.
