Following the success of their Forum album, METROLAND returns with “Activity”, the 3rd single from the release. Inspired by “Activity as a Timetrigger”, this EP explores the concept of real-time trigger notifications in business, particularly in banking, where rapid response is key.
Staying true to their EP format, METROLAND presents three distinct tracks. “Activity as a Short timetrigger” delivers a sharp, radio-friendly cut at just over 2 minutes, while “Activity as a Long Timetrigger” stretches beyond 6 minutes with an infectious 80s-inspired groove. Each version refines and expands on the original’s electro-infused energy, reinforcing METROLAND’s signature bass-driven sequences and atmospheric melodies.
As an exclusive bonus, the EP also features “Conference of the Parties”, a slow-burning, immersive track reflecting on climate change – another key topic from the “Forum” concept. Hypnotic and richly layered, it remains deeply rooted in METROLAND’s electronic DNA.
