Zenxienz has experimented with a variety of genres, while always finding a way to remain contemporary and original. His latest release, “The Great Beyond” is no different. The track is an example of how this new generation utilizes the internet to connect with creators from all over the world. Collaborators come together, not allowing distance to get in the way.
While still unfinished, Zenxienz felt something was missing and looked to social media to discover the missing piece of the puzzle. After posting on Instagram to allure interest, Swinky, a Kenyan singer and songwriter, living Japan, reached out. The two experienced an instant connection and in less than two weeks the track was completed.
The pair effectively came together to produce an ethereal and transformative release, that capitalizes on an eccentric mixture of illustrious female vocals and dreamlike euphoria. The track discusses the idea that minds are impressionable, and we are the sum of the thoughts that find their way into our minds. They influence how we think and feel.
This release sets the bar for what is yet to come for the young artist as he continues to evolve into a prolific force of intrinsic creativity.
