Gigi Love, the key artist behind this compilation, is from Utah herself, so it is no wonder that she knows exactly why she needed to organize a group of like-minded artists to organize support of America’s Red Rock Wilderness Act, aimed to protect Utah’s Red Rock Wilderness Region. All the net proceeds will be donated to environmental groups advocating for passage of the said act.

The music on this compilation is both inspired and dedicated to Red Rock wilderness, but it also transcends the borders of the region itself and is in a way a homage to the protection of wilderness regions anywhere.

And when the music has a very specific emotional involvement, which Love and all the other artists presented here seem to share, it goes beyond just a perfunctory support for a cause and has that emotional touch that can stimulate potential listeners not just to enjoy the music but to get involved themselves in support of a good cause.
