Heavy metal and punk rock become one with Killed By Deaf: A Punk Tribute To Motörhead, creating a fabulous fusion. Disregard the intense tension between the two genres, Motörhead emerged as a unifying force, beloved by both communities. Whilst Motörhead’s influence on metal is well-documented, their impact on punk—especially during the post-Sex Pistols era, is equally important.

Killed By Deaf: A Punk Tribute To Motörhead, features tributes from Rancid, Pennywise, and Lagwagon, showcasing the enduring legacy of Motörhead. Their close ties to punk are further highlighted by their performances alongside punk legends like The Damned. The tribute also includes a previously unreleased collaboration between Lemmy and The Damned, a sweet testament to the respect across genres – super cool.

These tracks are so cool, and it’s hard to pick a favourite track, each symbolic, each distinct. These types of compilations always resonate with a nostalgic feel, but even more intense when transcending genres. Don’t miss this one – a good time had by all.
