SHEEPDOGS ANNOUNCE NEW LP KEEP OUT OF THE STORM VIA RIGHT ON RECORDS
CANADIAN HEADLINE TOUR KICKS OFF MARCH 13
Multi-platinum and four-time JUNO Award winning The Sheepdogs announce their new LP, Keep Out Of The Storm, arrives February 27, 2026 via their newly minted label, Right On Records. Their first LP since the departure of longtime drummer Sam Corbett, the upcoming LP sees the beloved Canadian rockers enlist the help of a plethora of incredible guest drummers and friends of the band including JUNO-nominated Trevor Falls, Adam Hindle (Dwayne Gretzky, Born Ruffians), Steve Kiely (Golden Feather), Jordan Murphy (Walrus, Adam Bladwin), and Dani Nash (July Talk).
The album features 11 fresh tracks including the band’s latest single, “Nobody But You,” which recently climbed to #17 Billboard Mainstream Rock, #14 at Active Rock, and was among the format’s most added tracks this week. Stream it HERE.

“We’re really looking forward to kicking off 2026 with Keep Out of the Storm. These new songs feel like they set the tone for the next chapter of the band,” says bassist and vocalist Ryan Gullen. “There’s something special about discovering an album as you make it, and in the case of a full-length album, you get the space to stretch out, find the groove, and watch it all come together as a whole.” He adds, “Working with a handful of very talented drummers we really respect added new colours and energy to the sessions, and recording everything live in the room brought the songs to life in a way that felt immediate and exciting. We can’t wait for people to hear it and to bring these songs on the road to experience them together.”
Recorded with longtime collaborator Thomas D’arcy and produced by the band’s own Ewan Currie, the upcoming record is their first long play since 2022’s Outta Sight, and follows a tremendous year for the band. 2025 saw them complete a sold-out cross-Canada arena tour in support of Bryan Adams, the release of two successful companion EPs. Paradise Alone and Hell Together, as well as the launch of their very own label, Right On Records.
In support of the release, The Sheepdogs will kick off an extensive Canadian headline tour on March 13, 2026. Fresh off the aforementioned run with Bryan Adams, the upcoming tour features stops in Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia and Nova Scotia, with more dates yet to be announced.
A special tour VIP package add-on is also available which includes a signed limited edition of the new record, plus an exclusive Live 10″. See the current full routing below. Tickets are available HERE.
Says frontman Ewan Currie, “We had a ball going cross country with Bryan. Now it’s time to run it back with our own headlining tour.”
A testament to their commitment to music lovers who’ve grown accustomed to travelling long distances to catch a live show, the tour also includes towns and places that rarely grace the tour schedules of renowned artists and reaffirms The Sheepdogs’ dedication to their fanbase, promising unforgettable nights of rock ‘n’ roll magic.
The Sheepdogs are also confirmed to be appearing in Bryan Adams and Friends: A Great Big Holiday Jam, a one-hour holiday special featuring festive hits and appearances from Alessia Cara, Alan Doyle, Barenaked Ladies, Lights and more, all set in Bryan’s intimate in-the-round Warehouse studio. The special will air beginning December 8 on CityTV and Rogers Radio.
