Clay Ravens are a rocking six-piece outlaw folk band from Vancouver BC. Their sound combines the soul of Americana lyrics with masterful improvisation skills and foot stomping melodies inspired by classic folk, western film, and ’70s desert rock. From folk ballads, western dance anthems, to shredding rock solos, Clay Ravens create a fresh musical landscape which is pleasantly reminiscent of an earlier time.
Clay Ravens is releasing their sophomore Desert Rose EP today. The new EP draws from outlaw folk and desert rock, featuring the vocals of siblings Justin and Brianne Huntley Smith, which showcase the blood harmony that drives the band’s unique tone.
