L.A. ROCK BAND SWERVE RELEASES NEW MUSIC VIDEO FOR “BABY BLUE”
Performing At Chinatown Summer Nights In Los Angeles Saturday July 16th
“Baby Blue is the story of a relationship. Told and filmed in reverse, the music video begins with a couple that is falling apart at the seams. As we travel back in time, we see them fight, move in together, fall in love, until we finally see them first set eyes on each other in the crowd of a Swerve show. Throughout the whole thing I’m the mistral or bard, witnessing and recounting the entire story and taking some amusement from it.” ~ Greg Mahdesian: Lead Vocalist of Swerve
Swerve is truly making a mark in the Los Angeles music scene. They recently wrapped their May residency at Resident and performed at the industry showcase Hunnypot Live last night. Next up, they will be opening the LA Weekly Live Music Stage at Chinatown Summer Nights this Saturday, July 16!
Part food event, part summer party, Chinatown Summer Nights presents an exciting hot spot for Angelenos this summer. Taste the many culinary offerings of Chinatown and LA’s gourmet food trucks; sample the neighborhood’s wares; watch Chinese chefs perform cooking demonstrations; experience large-scale, outdoor video projections; take part in hands-on, Chinese cultural activities presented by local organizations and museums; sip on craft brews and dance in Central Plaza with 89.9 KCRW’s DJ’s!
